If not informed, confidentiality is not guaranteed.Confidentiality will end during the release (DEBUT) or in cases of cancellation, abandonment, or failure to pay the second installment.If there are posts showing the work during the confidentiality period, I receive proportional permission to disclose based on what was shown in the original post.Cancellation Fee with Confidentiality:In case of cancellation with the intention of maintaining confidentiality, a fee will be applied.Post-Completion Modifications:Modifications requested after 3 days from project completion will be subject to an additional fee.Model Movement Issues:In case of specific issues related to the model's movement, such as breaks, separation of parts that should remain together, absence of previously agreed animations, or other significant defects in the animations, the 3-day period to request modifications is extended to 1 week.Refunds:If you request a refund, please note that if the project has started, the initial payment WILL NOT be refunded.If the project has not started, 100% of the product value will be refunded.After the final payment, the work is delivered, and there is no possibility of a refund.
